Mushroom on Toast - Baked bread toasts topped with cheesy mushroom mixture
Fusion cuisine is one that combines elements of different culinary traditions. Ingredients
4 bread slices, toasted
mozzarella cheese
8 mushrooms , sliced
1 onion, sliced
chopped garlic
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Method
Toast the bread slices.
Heat the oil. Lightly fry the vegetables and mushrooms.
Add salt. spread the vegetable mix over the bread slice and top it with grated mozzarella cheese.
Melt cheese in the oven and serve the mushroom toasts with a topping of freshly crashed ground black pepper.
